Refund Policy

At FWGolf, we aim to provide a fair and transparent booking experience.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your golf lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled start time.

Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full, unless due to exceptional circumstances.

If a lesson is cancelled by the coach (for example, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or an alternative date.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
