1. Introduction
Welcome to FWGolf. By booking a lesson or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

FWGolf operates from Murcar Links Golf Club, Aberdeen, Scotland, and provides professional golf coaching services to adults and juniors aged 6 and above.

2. Coaching Services

All lessons are delivered by a fully qualified PGA Professional. Coaching sessions may take place at Murcar Links Golf Club or another agreed location.

Lessons are tailored to suit the individual golfer’s age, ability, and goals.

3. Bookings and Payments

Lessons must be booked in advance, either through the online booking system or directly with the coach.

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include card, online payment, or cash.

Gift vouchers (if applicable) are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

If a session must be cancelled due to weather conditions or coach availability, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

Block bookings or packages must be used within 6 months unless otherwise stated.

5. Safety and Conduct

Golf lessons will be conducted in a safe environment, but all participants take part at their own risk.

You must follow all instructions given by the coach to ensure safety for yourself and others.

Parents or guardians must accompany juniors under 16 years of age when appropriate.

Fitted and appropriate golf attire and footwear are recommended.

6. Liability

FWGolf will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during lessons or while on the premises, except where caused by proven negligence.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected during booking or communication is handled in line with our Privacy Policy

We will only share information with trusted partners who assist in delivering our services.

8. Changes to These Terms

FWGolf reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
